Refund & Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Clothing, artwork, sale items, and downloadable products cannot be returned.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a flat fee of $10, whichever is greater. If a product is heavily damaged or has missing parts, a 50% restocking fee will be administered.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund amount is contingent on the condition of the item (full or partial refund).


Once your item(s) are returned and restocked by our warehouse staff, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

Most refunds will be credited to you within 10 business days of restocking, depending on the method of payment. Please wait at least 10 business days to determine the status of your refund.


If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please double-check your original method of payment. This may be a bank account, credit card, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay.

Sale Items

Sale items will be refunded at their sale price — they will not be refunded at the regular price.



If your game is damaged or missing parts. If we have stock available, we will replace any part that affects your ability to play the game. We cannot provide free replacements for cosmetic imperfections or minor damage that does not affect gameplay. This includes minor dings and dents to boxes. To get started, send an email to

The return address will vary based on your region (North America, European Union, United Kingdom, Asia, and Australia). We will provide instructions for your return via e-mail after you contact us.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are returning multiple items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Out of Stock & Automated Refunds

When your order contains a product that is out of stock, all inventory in stock will be shipped to you, and you will be automatically refunded for the out-of-stock items.


When your order contains a product that is backordered, your order’s shipping will be delayed until that product is ready to ship. This commonly happens when one of our fulfillment partner stores products in their long-term storage warehouses. In addition, some regions may be out of stock of a product even if it is listed as backordered on our website. In these cases, all inventory in stock will be shipped to you, and you will be automatically refunded for the out-of-stock items.


In limited cases, items may be listed as “out of stock” when we have a few remaining, or we may have stock in a different region. You may inquire about this at Products shipped out of the region are subject to additional shipping charges.
